Hector Martinez Reding Cevallos

Founding partner of V Amercias Mergers & Acqusitions, Hector has successfully performed in the world of business for over 20 years specializing in capital sourcing and structuring and Mergers and Acquisitions and the development of new enterprises. He has acted as a cultural business bridge between Hispanic and American investors, as well as increasing the availability of sophisticated financial services and support to businesses troughout the Americas.

Also founder of several enterprises that operate in different industries, among them the first metropolitan wireless network in Mexico (Pyxcom), and implementation of the first urban aerial public transportation service in Latin America operating in Mexico City (City : Copter) in which helicopters are used as public transportation under previously established routes and schedules.

Hector has been a member of the board of many national and international companies and he is a strong promoter of investment and economic growth, bringing companies closer to the globalize world and giving them access to many different channels and sources for financing.

Twenty years in the development of businesses, strategy consulting, valuation modeling and Mergers and Acquisitions have allowed him to work with a great number of businessmen, supporting them in the achievement of their goals with the best possible financial tools and proven, experienced guidance.

With a strong social consciousness, Hector continues to be a key member of many social programs and belongs to numerous Trust committees. Also, in the past, he has represented his Government’s interests abroad.

Recently he helped to create the Darthmouth Alliance that incorporated three leading companies on both sides of the border under one financial services umbrella focused upon aiding Latin-American businessmen reach their expansion goals into the US.
